The business was established over 25 years back in 1994, by two enterprising founders, as Lotus Engineering Corporation with the Authorised Dealership of Garware Wall Ropes Ltd. and couple of years later they were joined by an experienced hand as founder, when they added another vertical in the form of Controls & Drives for the Authorised Dealership of Motors Division of Siemens. The operations of both these businesses were amalgamated to strengthen and synergise the business activities to form the current company in the year 2000.
